The St Laurent Animal Hospital was established in Ottawa in 1997 by Dr. Thomas Kral and was located on Brittany Road. A few years later, it was moved from that small, renovated house to a brand new, purpose-built facility which we occupy today. In 2019, the St Laurent Animal Hospital was purchased by Dr. Marie Ramoutar and since then we have grown tenfold.
SLAH was rejuvenated and brought up-to-date to suit the ever changing and evolving needs of companion animal medicine. Our clinic includes everything necessary to provide a full range of medical and surgical services for your pet. We have three consultation rooms, a surgery suite, a digital X-Ray suite including dental digital X-Ray, a fully stocked treatment area, pharmacy, and and IDEXX in-house laboratory.
We also carry a full range of life-stage and prescription diets from Royal Canin, Hill's, Purina, and Virbac.
